    All products are made using essential oils 

  • How to use

    In the sauna

    Mist the Restore Sauna Mist into the air to scent the space.  Breathe deeply and allow the essential oils to soften and ground the experience.

    After the cold plunge or shower, warm a few drops of the Restore Nourishing Body Oil between your palms and massage into your skin.  Take your time and focus on areas that need more care.

    To finish, close your ritual with the Restore Face Spritz, misting over the face and neck.  Use as a cooling, refreshing step after heat and cold, or anytime your skin feels flushed or in need of a gentle reset.
